VeloDyne’s small bag systems are designed for low to medium feed rate applications and are able to store 25 to 75 pounds of dry material. Each bag dump station is available with multiple discharge options based on your product characteristics and level of system integration. In municipal and industrial waste and water treatment applications in neutralization and PH control, heavy metal removal, taste/odor control, and disinfection the manual bag system is a great solution for handling lime, PAC, and soda ash. In the bulk solids industry, the manual bag systems can handle manual introduction of products ranging from powders to grains to pellets. With self-contained dust control, the small bag system is perfect for batching systems or direct product injection lines. We utilize an integrated grate to protect the rest of the process from pieces of the bags binding the system.
